Spring Newsletter – March 2018

Spring is upon us…surely! It has been a cold start to the year, but it hasn’t hampered production here at Brodies Timber.

Since January, the workshop has completed and installed a black walnut wine cellar for a client in Edinburgh and as well as co-ordinating the build and installation of a stunning staircase and handrail.

There have been mantles, bookcases, bath tops and bookshelves built, beading run, timber cut planed, sanded and delivered.

Drop us a line with what we can do for you… mail@brodiestimber.co.uk

We have been sailing through our stock of  Scottish Elm, with some gorgeous tables and tops being built for clients and we are due more in the coming weeks.

Big, wide, beefy, waney edged oak has also been the order of the day…we have gone through a couple of trees since the start of the year and have another due in soon.

Lime and sycamore boards are now in stock as well as a wide variety of hardwoods from around the globe, machinery, tools, abrasives and finishes.
